This month’s inaugural issue highlights what is available on the website and upcoming events, classes, and discussion groups. It also includes links to interesting articles about solo aging, and shares ways to connect with our solo aging community. NavigatingSolo.com was created to be a clearinghouse for reliable information and resources for solo agers. In time, we will be expanding our offerings to include a business directory of professionals who work with solos, subscription options for solos and professionals, a Navigating Solo Workbook and more! This summer, we plan to begin a project gathering the stories of solo agers and featuring them on the site! If you or someone you know is interested in sharing their story, email me! As you know, I am passionate about meeting the unique needs of solos agers and enhancing the resources available for those navigating solo! It is my hope that this national website and network will continue to grow, include the voices of many solo aging advocates, share individual stories of those navigating solo, connect solos to each other, and offer ideas and solutions for the many aspects of a compiling and implementing a navigating solo plan!
